Talk to Gynecologist on Bloody Discharge

it's been 2months to my 2nd c-sec and after 40 days I got my periods. Now the thing is after getting free me n my husband had IC 3-4 times the last time we'd IC the position got little awkward and a bad jerk applied which give me a sudden pain and upon getting free and cleaning myself I found little reddish discharge. And tomorrow morning 2-3 blood stains on my trouser. And since then I got sudden discharge which is all reddish (just like in periods) but No regular bleeding like periods. No pain at all Is this all fine?
