I'm 27 and this was my first pregnancy. I was taking Boneeta + jab meri hones me pain ho. Abhi I am breastfeeding and baby is 4 month older. Can I take Boneeta+ supliment now?

G g bilkul u can take calium and iron as well. Its your body requirements at lest for 6month. Along with gud and heathly diet.
