once check bp dailya and write on record,restrict salt ,avoid oily items,take your record when visit dr and then it can be suggested whether to continue medicine or not ,pao dard k liye painkiller le le plus calcium and vit d supplements le.
Salam u can take calcium and vit D supplements for bodyache . Unless and until ur BP is well controlled then only u should try to conceive . Also it is advisable to consult a gynecologist before u plan to conceive . Thanks and take care
salam when did you last vis8ted any physicuan and what are your maximum b.p readings try to visit any physicisn with one week b.p readings and try to gap for atleast two years and before planing you have to consult gynaecologist as there are chances you will develop raised bp jn next pregnancy too take care
