breast feeding k doran breast m is tara k galtian bn gati ha jo agar painful na ho tu khud hi resolve ho jati ha, but u r saying k yu 4 yrs se h ,does it have any relation with peroids, detailed hostory ,examination and then breast scan/ FNAC is required
you can get an usg breast to know about the size and consistency of the lump. if it is large enough then we can go for q biopsy. that will tell a definitive diagnosis. lump can be non cancerous as well as cancerous.until we do the required test we cannot tell for sure.
