Talk to Gynecologist on Breast Milk Engorgement
Asking for Self, Female, 28 years old, Karachi
Im a lactating mother of 1.8yrs old baby..from the start i had a issue of milk engorgemnt..for this i had an U/S of both breast which shows a word (benign)..and all u/s is ok...but now i want to wean off my baby slowly as i have only 4 months left to her 2nd birthday...plz guide me how to decrease milk supply or any medicine to solve the problem of engorgement..plz help.plz

first of continue breatfeeding it will decrease by itself and side by side give routine food to ur baby
if your periods have started definetly it will effect milk production
tight bra/ binder will also help decrease milk production
avoid breast play it increases milk production
start tablet brotin half subah sham it will help
AoA as ultrasound r showing benign its not a big problem ... ek dam sy breast feeding nhn chorwaien kam karden sath mein weaning ko increase karien bacha tang karyga avoid it by apply oil any colour etc ... when baby stops sucking automatically milk will reduce ...start to wear tight bra initially thoda bhut pain ho ga phir theek hojyga ...tab bromocriptine can take bd if needed
tab bromocriptine x bd .it will decrease milk production.mean while you will decrease the period of breast feeding it will also decrease the milk production.
