AoA I’m mother of my first baby girl which is 20 days old now. I am feeding her my own but from last few days my breast nipples swelling and painful due to baby’s rough and intense sucking. Kindly suggest good medicine/cream for breast nipples Thanks

You can you breast cream like mamoo or bepanthene cream. Right position is must important ( areola of breast should be in baby's mouth. please see it on you tube)

probably your are not introducing whole nipple and grayish circle around it . take notice. same milk can be used as cream by spreading all around , it heals as well .
