Walaikum salam, sister u need to get ur blood works done, go to ur nearest doctor and get ur hormone levels checked, mainly (progesterone, prolactin, LH, and other complete blood count). Despite there is nothing much to worry about as pain in breasts around this time of the month is due to hormonal changes which is part of monthly cycle.
About prrgnancy: get urself evaluated by gynaecologist..hopefully things will work out for u.
