Talk to Gynecologist on Breast Scratch

Assalamu Alaikum! Dr I don't remember exactly when and how I got a scratch on left breast's on and around the nipple(on the upper left). From there red skin can also be scene in result of that. But instead of blood i got transparent discharge roughly 1.5 month ago and discharge stopped by itself on the next day. But last night again I'd a watery discharge from that scratch with pain sinking my heart.
