I am feeling breast tenderness , pain on touch at side of my right breast , (also felt before periods and go away during periods) now its been a weej my period ended and I again started feeling this normal?

no swelling , no color change , no lump...just pain on touching sides of breast...and I'm 21 years...and 19days hogaye periods ko end hue..28day cycle
