Talk to Gynecologist on Breast Trauma/ Lump

My mother has some kind of stiff lobule mass in her one breast which is firm and hard to touch, that was appear just 2 days before. Little did she remembered that something hit with force on her breast (head of her nephew) a week ago. We are concerned about what could be it? SYMPTOMS: pain to touch, hard firm feel, slightly itchy sometimes. (Nothing else could be seen in appearance no color change, shape change, invert nipple, size close as similar to other one). Please kindly respond.
