When baby sucks there is release of hormone that causes uterine contractions and can lead to miscarriages .More over it can lead to weakness and nutritional deficiencies in mother b/c one baby is breast feeding and second is growing in uterus so better to encourage solid diet in your one year old child and gradually stop breast feeding
