اسلام علیکم Dear doctors, please check this scan and let me know if it is okay I'll been really grateful it is my first pregnancy and 36 weeks baby is breech (flexed) umbilical cord is encircling the foetal neck as per ultrasound and AFI is 9-10. what should I do as my doctor said to wait till next week without any further ultrasound or any monitoring.
aoa dear if your baby is breach so tere is no option no need. to take risk especially if your 1st preg .it's very risky for your baby

Rescan after 1 week.
yes repeat scan after a week, will look baby presentation and position .meantwhile be vigilant regarding fetal movements
yes repeat scan at 37 weeks if still breach than cs is the best option
observe baby movements
