I think depending on your symptoms if severe take anti Allergic tab. Pritone thrice a day is better May need cough syp and tab.panadol. please don't take drugs which are not known, this is your early pregnancy where fetal malformations can 0ccur.

ALOC is antiallergic
u should avoid contact with any pregnant ladies and children's until crust forms.
stay well hydrated.take care of hygiene.
if any chest symptoms,bleeding or fever occurs consult your obstetrician
you can take tab softin at night time and apply calamine lotion locally.
congenital anomaly scan at 20 weeks
take antiallergy, as already isolated according to current situation risk of congenital abnormality in baby is high as its period of organogensis concernd ur doctor once situation settled
