Talk to Gynecologist on Complete Sharp Shoulder Arm Hand Pain In Early Morning During Last Week In Pregnancy

My wife is pregnant since 36weeks.now she have sharp pain in shoulder till hand in every early morning.but after sometime it become calm.so is it normal pain?what should she do to recover
