GENITO URINARY: URINARY BLADDER IS MARKEDLY DISTENDED GIVING KEY HOLE CONFUGIRATION. Both fetal kidneys are normal. Note: 5-7% fetal anomalies cannot be detected on ultrasound.

yes Today I repeat the Scan and scan shows
CONCLUSION:
Intact intra-uterine pregnancy of 19+weeks. Fetal hydrocephalus.
Distended urinary bladder with keyhole phenomena may suggest outflow obstruction / posterior urethral valve.
Though the four chamber view of the heart is obtained however fetal echocardiography is recommended.
