I have been married for 1.5 years and we have tried several time for baby but my wife got miscarriage due to certain reason or we can say that the fetus growth stopped after 3 weeks and it happened 2 time we tried but now after the this time we are trying for last 3 months and my wife is not conceiving what can be the reason is there any issue from my side
