Talk to Gynecologist on Concieving Issue

I'm having issue in concieving. I've also facial hair problem but before marriage i consulted with doc and had some test and ultrasound. Tests were normal but ultrasound showed retention cyst with clear fluid in right ovary. I didn't take any medicine for this. Now I'm married from 6 months and i'd irregular periods and acne 3 months ago, ultrasound showed that everything is normal.doc gave me 21 days course of just-N medicine but I've still acne on my face pls tell me what to do.
