Talk to Gynecologist on Confused Pregnancy

I am married since 1 year.My last period date was 28 jan 2022 ,no period uptill now.strip test don on 7th day of missed period faint line appear seems positive.Then i go for bhcg but it came negative.but feeling the symptoms of pregnancy fatigue,sleepiness,tender breast.what to do now should i go for period with draw medicin or wait for one more week.as i already have pcos issue.
