Talk to Gynecologist on Constipation In Pregnancy
Asking For Self, Female 22, lahore
its my 4th month of pregnancy. i am suffering from severe headache and nausea which i believe is due to the constipation.
my diet is good. not eating any junk foods. consuming vegetables and brown wheat roti.
Please recommend me any home remedies.
Questions: can i drink spinach juice daily? can i eat flex seed as a constipation remedy. can i do some light exercise.
