Asking for Self, Female, 20 years old, Karachi
1- Kindly suggest me a plan b contraceptive pill that is the most effective and with least side effect. And please do mention the method of intake. 2- can T shape IUD be self inserted by yourself?

U cannot self insert any IUCD
