Are there any Progestin-Only pills available in Pakistan? I was taking combination pill but it dried up my milk supply. Now I want to restart nursing as baby is only 7 months. I was advised to get Depo Provera injection. It is not available in market so asked to get Famila injection now. Plz advise what best to do as I want to continue nursing. I can still pump a table spoon of milk everytime I pump.
After 7 month u can have combine pill. It doesnt interfere with lactation.

aoa I guess oral progesterone are not available in Pakistan. (mini pill)you can go for depoprovera inj .
Take plenty of water. If baby started weaning or top feed then milk secretion decreases.

Yes. But I am pumping every 3 hours or so. That signals the body to make milk.

Thank you. But what can I do to increase my milk supply now? It is very low. I am pumping every 3-4 hours for 20 minutes but only getting a teaspoon of milk.
