Talk to Gynecologist on Copper IUD Failed, Placed 2019, Chkup Oct 2021, +ve Pregnancy Strip Test On 13 Feb What To Do?

wife got copper iud replaced in 2019, in oct 2021 reg chkup was done with all ok report, on 13 feb after 9 days over due on her period the strip test shockingly came out positive, she already has 3 c sections with youngest kid of 5yrs, is it possible for best most reliable and expensive iud to fail like this? and what to do now as we never planned for this pregnancy? also being this 4th preg is it safe for her to go thru another c section? any and all suggestions are highly appreciated

although cu t has failure rate of 0.5 % but it is there. it is safe to have fourth caesarea section, during c section you can go for tubal ligation that is permanent method for contraception
