Talk to Gynecologist on De Quervain's Tenosynovitis

person-avatar

Asking for Self, Male, 34 years old, Lahore

I am 4.5 months postpartum and have De Quervain's tenosynovitis in both hands. I have seen a doctor three times and tried the exercises, but now the pain in my left hand is quite sharp. In my right hand, it feels like something clicks and drops down when I use my thumb. My daily life is very disrupted as I work a 9 to 6 laptop job, and I am a working mom who also has to take care of a baby. I can't rest, so what alternative treatments are there?
