Talk to Gynecologist on Delaying Periods For Surgery

Assalam o Alaikum! Just want to know if any gynaecologist can help in this regard. I have a endoscopic surgery of csf leak on friday and i havn’t got my periods yet. Can i take primolut n to delay my periods. Is it safe to use it 3,4 days before surgery. As i read it’ side effect of blood clots .. kindly guide me in this regard as highly worried. I don’t want my periods on surgery day.

Yes you can take Primolut N to delay your periods it does not seriously effect clotting system

Doc it won’t have any impact in surgery procedure right? Doesn’t have any kinda harm if i take it for three days prior to surgery
