my lmp 21 dec 2023, mujhy nai pta kon sa week ban raha mere according 36 week start hogya hai Dr ke according 35 week start hua hai point yh hai Mera bp bht zaida rahta hai baby ke neck me double loop of cord tha ab liquor kam hai 7 hai aldomet 3 times lay rahi ho sath labetalol 2 time de the labetalol se mujhy baby ke movement kam feel hoti aj mujhy dexamethasone ke first dose lagi hai ab coming week me c section ka kaha hai Dr ne lakin sath still she said baby weak hai chota hai Kuch bhi hoskta hai survival ka Kuch nahi kaha jaskta please mujhy batai mei kia karo mujhy bht depression horaha hai mujhy kia or wait krna chahiye, or agr wait krti ho tou baby safe rahy ga or yh dexamethasone injection baby ke lia safe hota hai kindly mere sarhy question ke ans clear kr de jazakallah

Continue ur meds to keep Bp controlled.
Inj dexa is important for lung maturation of baby.
Weak baby with reduced liqor and uncontrolled bp shud b delivered. Wait is not recommended.

3rd deliver in good setup having nursery facility..
4th.c section is must as with bp If baby is not growing well can't bear labour stress..
book appointment with good gynaecologist in good setup with nursery for baby facility . don't go to small setup with no arrangement for treatment of baby .
