HISTORY:

Had Gastetional Diabetes in pregnancy (first baby) Delivered a baby 10 months back via C-Section. Now I am diabetic since 2 months.

PRESENT:

1: tiredness all the time.

2: shortness of breath.

3: unbearable headache & dizziness.

4: heart palpitation unbalanced.

5: severe hairfall.

6: restless legs.

7: dark circles.

8: irritation on peak.

9: loss of appetite.

10: 2 episodes of periods in 1 month.

SOLUTION:

Please help me out, I have no idea what to do.

Get your blood glucose levels tested to start treatment of diabetes. Get a glucometer for self monitoring in fasting as well as after meals. Get HbA1C levels tested. Your symptoms will improve once glycemic control is met.
