Talk to Gynecologist on Diet During Pregnancy

Asking for Self, Female, 28 years old, Sharjah

Assalam u Alayikum! I am 5 weeks pregnant now and had missed miscarriage before. Someone has suggested me to eat daily water chestnut powder (singara), mishri and pomegranate flowers (soaked overnight and drink water in the morning).

I want to know these are healthy to eat during pregnancy and have health benefits?

Ws..these things have no special benefits regarding pregnancy but there is no harm in taking them..just eat healthy and take lots of fruits .
