what should be the best diets for Hepatitis C diagnosed patient and what should be avoid to eat as I'm 9 month pregnant
Avoid oily food .I hope you got your PCR done since you are close to delivery bay also would need follow up
If you have chronic hepatitis C avoid iron supplements, red meat , nuts and oily food.
you should include more fruits , vegetables , fish , chicken and milk ..

If you are asymptomatic and your liver tests are normal you can have a balanced diet no need of any restrictions . Overall protein intake should be kept in check and constipation should be avoided
