All appears well according to your description, but we need to obtain detailed history to guide you better. For now, you can eat all routine food, avoid fried food and extra oil in food.
Moderation is important, dont eat alot at once, break your meals in 5 smaller portions to consume throughout the day. Add ORS to your water... Drink at least 12 glasses of water. ORS will help maintain your BP and avoid dizziness and headache.
Take care and meetup with obstetrician as soon as you can.

ur weight is good and bp also slightly low but not a big deal .eat everything do u want except cold drink .junk foods and carbohydrates containing diet.plenty of water.fresh fruits n Vegetables.chicken .meat advisable

lekin agar app symptomatic hain jaisay ke agar apko chakar atay hain, headache hota hai, light headedness hoti hai tou apko iska solution dhondna hai. low bp is <90/<60 mmHg.
