my lmp date is 21 December 2023 start se hie pregnancy me complications rahi hai spotting hogae the bp high rahta hai ab mei celgee, pregwell and ironic tablets use kr rahi ho bp ke lia aldomet 2 times lay rahi ho 3 days back mujhy severe diarrhea hogya tha ab Mera question yeh hai ke baby ke neck ke around cord hai tou kia yh koi problem ke bat hai? kyun ke log mujhy bht dara rahy hai ke baby ke oxygen kam hojate hai neck tight hojata hai tou mujhy kia krna chahiye mere Dr tou kah rahi 38 week ke bd operation kare gy last ultrasound report attached 8 august ko krwaya tha, or mujhy batai mujhy abi operation krwa lena chahiye? 34.5 weeks me agr early birth ho tou baby save rhta? mei bht pareshan ho
Please get an ultrasound again and ask the Radiologist to check if these are tight loops of cord around the neck or loose?. Ideally delivery should be at least at 37 completed weeks
cord around neck is not alarming condition.
but raised BP is an issue which should be properly treated.
you need to go for urine complete examination .
As u r having high BP in this pregnancy for which u r taking aldomat ... Normally we deliver such patient who is having high BP prob after 37 wks if no other complications is there... Double loop of cord around neck is not determining factor for early delivery
No need of early birth if your BP remains ok.loop of cord is not indication of preterm delievery..plz continue Bp monitering amd do urine for proteins also..if things remains ok plan is delievery btw 37_38weeks
ur gynaecologist will observe..if BP ok and baby also ok she will not decide delivery
