Talk to Gynecologist on Drop In Progesterone Level.

Hey, I am 22 years old female and my periods are 8 days late. I am trying to conceive so 3 days ago I checked at home pregnancy test which was negative then today I went to laboratory to get my beta hcg done which was 0.100 miU/ml that indicates I am not pregnant. I also got my progesterone level tested which resulted in 0.81 ng/ml that indicates that I am in my follicle phase but according to my menstrual cycle I am in my leutal phase. What has caused this change and how can it be cured? Also I am having watery discharge from 7 days continously sometimes its less and sometimes it's more.
