Talk to Gynecologist on Early Miscarriage

Assalamualaikum! Five months ago I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks due to lack of fetal growth. Last month I missed my period and got my urine test positive with a faint line. When I visited the doctor she said that a sac was appeard in ultrasound but my beta hcg was too low, next day i got my periods. During running month I felt all the symptoms of pregnancy i.e, nausea, morning sickness, sore breast and frequent urination, but I started bleeding after one week of expected menstrual date. I didn't visit a doctor yet because it was too early. What should I do now? Is it normal to have recurrent pregnancy loss at very early stage? I am taking folic acid regularly and all of my reports are okay.
