Talk to Gynecologist on Early Period Cramps

Is it normal to have pelvic cramps 10,1days before periods ? Actually my normal cycle is 26 days but I don’t know why in my last cycle my spotting started on 22nd cycle day and my proper period started after 2,3days . During those days I had a severe case of diarrhea ,so I just had 1 day of heavy periods and /nd was lighter and 3,4,5,6 were light (maybe due to dehydration . But I still have 10more days to go , and I am having slight discomfort in on and off on pelvis and sides from yesterday. What can be possible reasons ?

Are you married if married then getyour pregnancy test if un married then pelvic ultrasound is recommended for any pelvic pathology.for cramps you can take simple panadol.if this happened first time note your dates if periods and share again pattern of bleeding.

Spotting before periods is generally harmless and there is not always an obvious cause.However spotting is sometimes an early sign of pregnancy or an indication of hormonal changed in body.for Cramps u can take table ponston (Mefenemic Acid)500 mg three times a day.if problem persist then get gynecological check up

Yes I am married ,I had spotting in last cycle (3rd august) but that was last month and I got 1,-2 days of heavy periods -and light periods continued till day 7 I had urine pregnancy test and it’s negative , now My periods are expected in next 8 days , and I did pregnancy strip test it negative
