Start tab omatril 5 mg bd for 21 days followed by gap of 7 days for 3nths for regularity of menses
And see is there any discharge fooul smelled or else?

Its not copper T causing menstraul irregularities.
The cause may b hormonal or infection.
Kindly give detail history about any pelvic pain, pain during intercourse any spotting after inter course.
If u have family history of diabetes then go for
HbA1c
