Asking for a friend She is married age 25 expecting her first baby,history of two miss carriages, no family hostory of triosmy 21 ..i am attaching the pictures of her anomaly scan and NT Scan here doctor plzz guide me when the fetal echo is normal she needs any further tests for fetal abnormality or not??..

- Dear I have seen reports ,fetal anomaly scan normal ,over all risk calculated for syndromes (multiple Congenital anomalies ) are less likely like for down 's syndrome it is 1 in more then 800 so least chance where as cut off value for risk is 1:250 so least chance .
- she can have cardiac out flow tract scan around 22 wks .
- have regular antenatal visits and scan

Docror i also had this echogenic foci on anomaly scan but now i am 29week and doc said she cnt see the white mark now is it possible that mark goes away by its own??i am her sister

Dear echogenic foci ouk be seen during different developmental stage but if in serial scans it's not appearing or sonologuet unable to see even after searching it means resolved .that why many things need to be monitored and checked in subsequent scans.
