Talk to Gynecologist on Excessive Period Bleeding

Asalam alaikum My 17 years girl is having periods bleeding every day and she is feeling very weakness due to this

Gyny has taken several tests and give one medicine for the circle of periods. But when she use this she is having blood in stools for three days and after that blood stop she is having unstoppable blood of periods. Its already beed 12 days..

Kindly tell me what should i do as i can't go to that gyny because she is too far
