Talk to Gynecologist on Extreme Pain Before 10 Days Of Periods

From last 3 months, i am facing extreme pain 10 days before my periods. The pain is very severe that I even can’t walk, lower abdominal pain with legs pain. More like cramps. My cycle is regular, 6 months of marriage not conceived yet. I am worried about this pain. It was not happening before. I always had minor pain before my periods signalling my periods are coming. But now it is not bearable. Also had my ultrasound done 2 months before doctor told me a small pea sized fibroid outside the uterus. And told me this has nothing to do with my fertility.
