Talk to Gynecologist on Fabriod Outside Uterus

My sister is getting married after 20 days and we just got to know she has a 10cm fabroid outside uterus, she experience heavy bleeding and pain.
What should be done other than surgery? Can she conceive after surgery? What are the complications. Plz help we are very worried. Her HB is 5 and experience pain.

Correction of HB should be done immediately as hb 5 is very low.. she can take cap transamine 500 1 x tds and tab ponstan fort 1x tds for 5 days in menses for heavy flow .. yes she can conceive aftr surgery.
Just consult a gynaecologist, she can conceive but ultrasound pelvis krwana hoga to see k fibroid kahan hai, location is important, hemoglobin kam hai buhat, enko blood lagega lazmi, aur behtar hai shadi se pahle check up krwalen, bad mn dr k pas jana aur check ups pe in laws ko bhi issue hoty hain

First correct her anaemia , fibroid outside the uterus rarely cause heavy bleeding and problem in pregnancy . Cap transamine 250 mg 1+1+1 and tab Ponstan forte 1+1+1 are helpful during heavy bleeding . After her marriage she better consult a qualified consultant on Marham forum , May be this fibroid doesn't need surgery before pregnancy.
First of all improve HB level . Blood transfusion shoul b given then go for ultrasoun from any specialist to diagnose sub mucus myoma mean inside uterus becouse fibroid out side never cause bleeding

First don't worry...do her serum ferritin and if low giv IV iron as ll b advised by her doctor...then after marriage if no conception within two years tht cud b tackled afterwards...pain in lower abdomen cud b due to urinary tract infection rather than by sub serosal fibroid...hopefully it is nt pedenculated etc...
