Aoa my C section was done in July 21 after 10 days of c section m facing anal fissure & bleeding, some it becomes normal but now a days m again facing it plz suggest it's permanent solution, I have used some medicine of Hakeem that was temporarily useful now in vain plz suggest urgently.
