go for Blood Cp to see ur haemoglobin level...workup for excessive bleeding and continue iron suplements according to heamoglobin level

yes along with transamine 500mg tid for 5 days and fefol for 3 months

plz attach proper history,,married or not,,how long you have this problem.iron supplements improve Hb.you can use,with exploring the cause treatment is not complete.
