Asking for Self, Female, 50 years old, Georgetown
I have always had painful periods since age 13 which continued until my menopause. I experienced menopause at age 48. I am now age 50, and I am worried about the abdominal and pelvic pain that I still have to endure even during post menopause. I was diagnosed with fibroid at age 40 but was told to leave them since they will shrink. I don't understand why I am still feeling the same pain now that I'm post menopausal. Please help me feel better. Thanks so much.

what is the size of fibroid?
in postmenopausal state usually we don't give any treatment option for fibroid but if size is enlarged and you are symptomatic then you should take advice
