Talk to Gynecologist on Fibroids In Uterus

Asking for Self, Female, 38 years old, Peshawar

Uterus : Fibroids one noted along Rt side fundus of uterus & adjacent Rt lateral wall body of uterus approx 6.3×6.3 cm second along fundus of uterus to Rt approx 2.4 × 2.8 × 2.7 cm third in the periphery of upper part anterior wall body of uterus to Lt approx 2.0 × 2.25 × 2.7 cm & forth periphery of fundus of uterus midline approx 1.6 × 1.3 cm. endometrium is normal. Cavity is empty. Adnexa: No abnormality is seen. Opinion ( Fibroids uterus (Sub serosal looking) Dr sb Please advise above stated Fibroids can be removed better by Larosocopy or open Surgery, and after that my fertility can be secure?. Dr sb we have no family we must want our own children. My submission is that I want to be able of birth/fertility in future. Your kind advices are request in this regards. Please mention your age...any previous fertility treatment and any
complaints due to these fibroids.Also husband age and Semen analysis if
done.
