Dear lady, fibroids can cause problems in fertility depending upon their size and location , ur fibroid as it seems from ultrasound is on outside wall of uterus which should not cause problems in fertility .your detailed history is needed to guide you to get pregnant and your examination is also needed . if u r in rawalpindi and need further advice u can visit my clinic for examination and advise .Secondly fibroids surgery should never be done at time of delivery and caesarean as there are increased risk of bleeding due to increase blood in it due to pregnancy. May Allah help you and blessed you with righteous child .
it's a large fibroid.bt wats it's location in uterus?.and wait for natural conception. bt if not successful than have to remove it
