There was another doctor I consulted she said as she is primigravida although her pregnancy is very small(only 5 weeks), her pregnancy will not come out completely and I can lead to heavy bleeding after which mvp will be done so why not do it at first go

Mam which has more success rate in complete termination of pregnancy(medical vs surgical) becaz in Pakistan I think the first medication mifepristone is not available only misoprostrol is used which is less effective when used in combination
