Talk to Gynecologist on Fluid In Cul De Sac
Asking For Self, Female, 20 Years old, karachi
I was having thick sticky vaginal discharge with mild smell 6 months backs, on U/S its shows mild fluid in cul de sac. I was prescribed augmentin and flagyl by my gyne for 1 week. The discharge is still a little bit smelly, no pain in lower abdomen, and no itching in perianal area ,should get a U/S done? Or am i being over conscious. I dont know but I’m worried, help doctor
the antibiotics u have taken already...if symptoms aren't relieved then get a swab and culture done and then take antibiotics on the basis of culture (only if required)

nopes no need of ultrasound till now for this infection...PID zaruri nae ha...agr koi old long standing infection hay tu we can put PID in our spectrum..if infection stays despite antibiotics u need culture and sensitivity
