My friend has a Pregnancy of 6 months. She is feeling feet swelling for past few days. Her blood pressure is normal. Some days it’s normal some days it’s too much. Right foot seems more swelled than the left one. It is not painful just wanted to know if it’s okay in pregnancy and how to avoid

Swelling of feet with normal blood pressure is not serious but swelling should not be there she should not stand up for a long time foot should be raised by putting pillow under the feet at the same time her total blood count hemoglobin TLC And serum protein should be checked also urine examination routine urine test if all these tests are normal no worry but take rest
