Salam. It's my 34 weeks of second pregnancy. And I'm diagnosed with gestational diabetes. My last pregnancy was very smooth , no history of diabetes or any other issues n I delivered baby via normal delivery. Now my question is that Is it possible to deliver baby via normal delivery or coz of diabetes doc will go for c section ??? What should I do for normal delivery ?? Cox I dn want to go for c section ...
No it is not necessary to deliver you by C/S, but their are few things we need to check, Your blood sugar level s, medication you are on. Growth of your baby. Water around your baby if your blood sugar level are not well controlled or baby is very big or more water around the baby or if you are requiring insulin in large amounts to control your blood suger than you might need induction of labour at 38 weeks of gestation
that's ur 2nd pregnancy, currently r u on diet control or on any medications for GDM n what are ur sugar levels it's not necessary that bc of GDM doctor will do c/sec if sugars are well controlled n u will delivered vaginaly either by induction or by natural labour pains at 38wks
assalam o alaikum
your blood sugar levels are controlled on diet or you are requiring oral medication or insulin?
if your baby growth is well and amount of liqour normal, sugar levels controlled till term,no any obstetric indication, pelvis adequate, then you will deliver vaginally

Why no roti and why only bran bread? I'm not satisfied with your choice of carb. I suggest consult Nutritionist.

aoa. if your blood sugar levels remain with in normal limits. and baby is not of good size than you can have normal delivery. start avoiding sugary diet. take vegetables as much ad you can .do 15 to 20 min walk daily . keep glucometer at home check your sugar daily . fasting and also 1 hour after meal.fasting level should be less than 100mg per deciltre and random should be less than 140. your doctor will advise whether thesr target can be achieved by diet
or tablets or
by insulin .
Yes it is possible you just start pulsatilla 200 twice a day till delivery
