AoA Dr I am 23 week Pregnant i am attaching my blood report here for Further consultation as It shows a high level of ESR and Nautrophil Leucocytes, what does it mean? Does it fill influence the fetal Health or may cause any damage to my unborn?? What precautions should be adopted??

No madam i am not feeling any symptoms, Just feeling sinus infection and breathing problem, since start of pregnancy, I feel little abdominal cramps off and on. As per the urin report is concerned i am having pale yellow Urin and little very mild irritation while urination off an on.
