I got married in 2019 and I can't conceive for 2 years first my periods were irregular doctor give me primlout N for 3 months doctor tried every medicine my all test were clear then i had IUI which also fails but then after 1 month of IUI I left my all medicine and I conceived but in 3rd month doctor says your placenta is low you need rest and i did bed rest total but in 5th month my water broke and why I don't know my baby died and doctor did DnC on 24 april and i had bleeding for 3 days and then spotting for 10 days and now my periods are not coming what should I do now
