-high bld pressure medications intake need strict blood pressure monitoring.
-have strict Control on salt intake and Record blood pressure.
-have Banced diet with less salt, suger, oil and spice.
-complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have recreational activities and avoid recreational drugs.
-in case of sudden reduction or increase in blood pressure its better to have discussion with treating doctor and readjustment of medications.
-so check symptoms, monitor blood pressure and then readjust doses.
